“Venture 2025 Librarians” is a workforce improvement initiative launched by the American Library Affiliation (ALA) in 2015. Its intention is to make sure that all librarians have the talents and data they should meet the challenges of the twenty first century. The venture relies on the assumption that libraries are important to a thriving democracy and that librarians play a significant function in making certain that everybody has entry to data and the talents they want to achieve the digital age.
