The Stratford Competition is an annual theatre competition held in Stratford, Ontario, Canada. It is without doubt one of the largest classical theatre festivals on the earth, and its 2025 season shall be its seventieth anniversary.
The competition was based in 1953 by a bunch of native residents who wished to create a world-class theatre firm of their group. The competition has since grown to grow to be one of the prestigious theatre firms in Canada, and its productions have been seen by hundreds of thousands of individuals world wide.
